Refund policy
We have a no-return policy, which means all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products except for defective items.
To be eligible for a return due to defective items, your item must be genuinely defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what was described. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase and must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Processing and Shipping
Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All items are non-returnable except for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or any other reason except defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final except for defective items which may be eligible for refund or replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds are only provided for defective items. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
